Our team consists of Pakistani and Afghans located in strategic areas where refugee and labor camps are common. This includes  Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan  Afghanistan and various places in the Middle East

We have volunteers in the United States, Canada, Germany, making connections with these various camps.

We have former labor camp workers restored back to their families who wish to continue God's plan for them in their home land. 

We are a group of people who lived  and worked in the Middle East  where we saw and are seeing large populations of labor workers. We felt God's call on our lives to become salt and light to these displaced people.

What is an LCW (labor camp worker)?

There is a massive group of people moved to wealthy  oil producing countries as laborers to build the modern city buildings and infrastructure. The people come from Nepal, Sri lank, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Philippines,  several African countries and a countless other countries.

 Life as a LCW  is not easy. They work 6 days a week,  make less than $250 monthly and send 85% of their income back to their families. They visit home every 3 to 5 years, for one month, then came back and work again. Then if they are lucky they will visit home every year. 

There are several layers of labor workers known by the class of life style they live. Long term labor workers who have become successful in surviving the difficulty of labor camps, graduate out of labor camps some how and manage to move their families to these places. They create a new existence for them and their families. This often brings another level of stress as the cost of living and managing children education become a serious challenge.

The Great Commission inspired us to go.  That means to train, disciple and help restore the broken disenfranchised labor worker who feels trapped in the hopeless cycle of labor camp life. We train them in how they can have a better life. We help them find a better job. We educate them and teach them the Message of Hope and to help then carry out there own God given vision. We also help them get back to their families when things are going bad for them.

One category of labor worker we have been dealing with is the abandoned labor. This is where the company who brought them does not pay for them to return to their homes. Many of these we find are living on the edge of starvation. This is a very difficult process of helping them find other opportunities or getting their documents ready for deportation. It is often as high as 800 abandoned people. When companies go bankrupt they will walk away from the labors leaving them to fend for themselves in the dessert.

Our goal is to teach them and inspire them  to follow God's will for their life that they can be able to teach others as well!
